Two additional events tomorrow (Wed) #CTsen #mertens2010

I will be speaking as part of the 2010 CT Concerned Citizens & Candidates Forum at the Legislative Office Building. I will attend from 1-3:45pm. This is a follow up to the Urban Issues Forum that I attended earlier this year. All U.S. Senate candidates are invited, and asked to respond to this question: “If elected, how will YOU achieve successful outcomes in the areas of health, education, social justice, and CT’s economy for CT’s children, youth, women, and all of our families?” You can view the program for the entire day here: http://tiny.cc/fe9ab

I will also be speaking to the Student Organization of Latin American Students at Eastern CT State University from 4:30-5:30pm.

I will then have dinner with my two children, Sonja and Jake, who are students at UConn, prior to the U.S. Senate debate in Storrs from 8:30-9:30pm (see below). Happily, my other two children, Julia and Paul, will join us!
